We start outside of my body ... Standing at my fridge where I find an unusual can of soda, a weird looking cookie & a note th at reads "Sip me to go into your head, eat me to go into your heart.. .. I sipped ... Then get pulled inward where I encounter memories from childhood to Iraq & myself ... I follow sounds of my present day life & my heart to make it back out to safety, leaving parts of myself behind ...
